Leasing eastbound along I-80 in Jefferson County, when he passed a slow-moving vehicle in the right lane. The weather had recently become snowy, the complaint said, and, as Olivas attempted to move back into the right lane after passing the slow-moving vehicle, he lost control of the tractor-trailer, which jack-knifed.
