Nevada Supreme Court Ruling Offers Mixed Results to Widow of Former Reno Police Officer

As a result of a decision by the Supreme Court of Nevada, the widow of a former Reno police officer will recover some but not all of the workers’ compensation benefits she sought following her husband’s death.
