A total of 39 Asian companies have raised more than $740 million via initial public offerings in New York so far this year.

Within that group, the largest listing belongs to Chinese sensor maker Hesai Group, which raised $190 million in February and was represented by Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom, Commerce & Finance Law Offices and Maples and Calder. Its underwriters were advised by Latham & Watkins and Beijing-based Fangda Partners. Excluding ongoing applications for New York listings, however, the Hesai deal was the only Asian U.S. listing advised by Skadden this year.
