McDermott Will & Emery added three transactional attorneys from three different firms Thursday as it looks to continue to grow the practice with a focus on private equity and fund formation. 

The firm added partners Luc Jansen from Kirkland & Ellis; Prem Amarnani from Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom; and Nathan Mihalik from King & Spalding in a triple move that the firm said will help it meet what has been a growth in overall demand in 2022.
