When retailer Tailored Brands filed under Chapter 11 in bankruptcy court in Houston on Aug. 2, the owner of Men’s Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank turned to Kirkland & Ellis as lead counsel, with Jackson Walker as co-counsel.

In fact, Jackson Walker bankruptcy partner Matthew Cavenaugh, who is in Houston, where the  U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas is located, signed the California company’s voluntary petition for bankruptcy.
