As the coronavirus pandemic sent nearly the entire legal community to work from home, some firms rose to the occasion to provide adequate technology to their remote workforces—but midlevel associates still overwhelmingly want their firms to make better investments in tech.

O’Melveny & Myers, which ranked first on the 2020 Midlevel Associates Survey, also ranked at the top of the technology survey, in which associates scored the 73 participating firms on “firm-provided technology,” “firm-provided training,” “technology support” and “technology on behalf of clients.”
