Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom’s many lawyers might have some extra business savvy, but now three are headed for new homes with the start of summer.

THOMAS GOWAN, a co-head of Skadden’s banking group in New York, where he focused his practice on sports transactions, left the firm last month to take the summer off, spend more time with his family and evaluate his next potential career move, he said in an email to The Am Law Daily.
