After several false starts due to the delta variant, Big Law firms are beginning to go forward with their plans to return to the office. And while putting together a plan for getting back—picking a date, setting expectations—was a difficult enough task on its own, actually getting attorneys and staff to make the schlep back into the office is a whole other beast.

Law firms are using all sorts of attractants to get people through their doors, including free food, an updated business causal dress code and modernized office layouts.
