Law firms engaged in lobbying the federal government have seen a rise in revenues in the third quarter of this year, with one firm beating its record—again.

K&L Gates, which has a strong public policy presence in the nation’s capital, enjoyed Lobbying Disclosure Act revenues of $5.4 million, the firm’s largest quarter to date, according to its latest filing.
