Growing plaintiffs boutique Keller Lenkner is making waves. Since launching in Chicago barely three years ago, the firm has seen tremendous growth in clients, cases and talent. In that time, it has opened offices in Austin, Texas, and Washington, D.C., and grown from just a handful of lawyers to around 50. This year, The National Law Journal named it trial strategy innovation law firm of the year.

The American Lawyer sat down with founding partners Travis Lenkner and Ashley Keller to find out how this rising boutique plans to shake up the plaintiffs bar and take on Big Law in the process. The following conversation had been edited for length and clarity.
