Stroock & Stroock & Lavan’s leaders are just trying to get back to the office. Jeff Keitelman and Alan Klinger spent most of this year planning on a hybrid return after Labor Day, but recent COVID-19 case spikes have thrown them yet another curveball.

“There’s no easy answer,” Keitelman says. “We’ve got to do what’s best for our firm and for our people. None of this COVID stuff has been easy. It’s been a long grind that everybody’s been going through. We’re continuing to deal with those issues even though we’ve decided them once or twice before.”
