As the pandemic has stretched on, midlevel associates say their firms have become more adept at providing them with the technology needed to work remotely.

Third-, fourth- and fifth-year associates responding to the 2021 Midlevel Associates Survey gave their firms an average score of 4.23 out of 5 for their ability to support remote work—significantly higher than the 3.85 average associates gave their firms in 2020.
