Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Ropes & Gray are among the swathe of law firms advising as Singapore-headquartered ride-hailing company Grab prepares to list on the stock market via a merger with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).

According to an announcement on Tuesday, the listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market will value the company at $39.6 billion, which would be the largest-ever U.S. equity offering by a Southeast Asian company.
