The Wyoming Supreme Court held that a judge and jury were correct in finding that attorneys for the Northern Arapaho Tribe did not misappropriate $5.5 million in tribal money after the tribe accused them of overbilling for legal services.

The tribe and the Wind River Hotel & Casino filed suit against their former attorneys, Baldwin, Crocker & Rudd and Kelly Rudd (together BCR), seeking injunctions for the return of tribal funds and documents, an accounting, and damages for conversion and civil theft.
