Days after a federal judge approved a settlement between a Las Vegas-area attorney and Amazon.com for erroneously denying client trademark applications, a metro D.C. lawyer filed a nearly identical compliant, claiming he has lost upward of 75% of his trademark business because of the e-commerce giant’s alleged system error.
