Corporate legal departments in Latin America are looking to bring more work in-house but still require advice from outside counsel on difficult matters related to compliance, corporate affairs and privacy, according to a recent survey.

ODDS Legal, a legal operations consultancy headquartered in Peru, recently interviewed 67 general counsel based in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru who represent industries such as finance, oil, and consumer goods to gauge their priorities post-pandemic.
