Bayer scored a defense verdict on Thursday in the first trial involving multiple consumers of Monsanto’s Roundup pesticide.
A jury near Monsanto’s headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, announced its decision after about a month of trial. The verdict is the fifth consecutive Roundup win for Bayer since courthouses reopened during the COVID-19 pandemic.
