In a bid to hold Boeing’s senior executives accountable for its failed 737 Max 8 aircraft, lawyers for the parents of a 24-year-old crash victim have moved to add the aircraft manufacturer’s current and former chief executives to their complaint.
None of Boeing’s senior executives has been named so far in lawsuits brought by the families of the victims of Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, or those who died in another Max 8 crash five months earlier involving Lion Air.
