While other regional centers have seen a hollowing out of their local legal markets, Denver seems to be bucking the trend, with several firms in the midst of a growth spurt. And while some market observers question whether the city is near its saturation point, the competition for top talent isn’t letting up.

“We’re much busier than before,” said 22-year Denver legal search veteran Elizabeth Dahill of The Dahill Group. “It’s 60 or 70 percent partner moves these days.”
