A month after the firm’s broker-dealer group packed its bags for Schulte Roth & Zabel, Bracewell is saying goodbye to two more partners in New York and another in Texas. The moves come amid a number of high-profile departures for the firm since the beginning of the year.

In Bracewell’s home base of Houston, private equity partner Scott Miller left the firm this week to join Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he’ll continue to represent middle-market private equity firms and corporate clients in M&A transactions. In New York, tax partner Abraham “Avi” Reshtick, who joined Bracewell in 2014 from Ropes & Gray, moved on this week to Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo.
