Goodwin Procter is to open in Paris with the hire of a six-partner corporate team from King & Wood Mallesons, including its office managing partner, the firm announced Monday.

King & Wood Mallesons local office head Christophe Digoy is joining Goodwin Procter alongside global board member Maxence Bloch and partners Jérôme Jouhanneaud, Thomas Maitrejean, William Robert and Pierre-Louis Sevegrand. Each has resigned from the Sino-Australian firm and will formally launch Goodwin Procter’s office in the French capital later this summer, after serving a notice period.
