Ballard Spahr, riding high from a strong financial year in 2015, has brought on the co-founders of corporate boutique Donelson Barry to beef up its office in Denver.

Stephen Donelson and Damon Barry—who co-founded Donelson Barry in 2013 and specialize in corporate, finance and M&A work—have made the move to Ballard Spahr as partners. Joining them at the 507-lawyer Am Law 100 firm are tax and transactional of counsel Shawn McIntire and associate Marianne Luu-Chen.
