O’Melveny & Myers has picked up former White & Case partner Andrew Weiler to serve as its European head of M&A and corporate finance, bolstering the firm’s transactional practice.
Weiler, who will be based in O’Melveny’s London office when he officially starts at the firm on Aug. 3, makes the move following a career at White & Case that spans over two decades.
