I am beginning to feel like a go-between between two former lovers. They’re not speaking to each other, but both want to tell their side of the story.

So here’s my latest dispatch from the David Boies/Alan Dershowitz spat: Boies is taking umbrage at what Alan Dershowitz has to say about his firm’s representation of Virginia Roberts, the woman who alleges that she had sex with Dershowitz when she was a teenager. Specifically, Dershowitz charges that Boies’ firm has a serious conflicts problem in the case, and that the firm has a “long sordid history with conflicts.”
