Two more Am Law 200 firms joined the slew of regional law firms that are expanding their footprint by merging with or absorbing smaller shops.

Dinsmore & Shohl, a firm with roots in Cincinnati, grew its attorney head count to 575 with the addition of West Virginia firm Huddleston Bolen. The merger bolsters Dinsmore’s litigation, commercial and estate planning practices by bringing on 40 attorneys spread across West Virginia and Kentucky.
