Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has agreed to add 226 Bingham McCutchen partners to its ranks, but the fate of the latter’s support staff based in the Bluegrass State remains unknown.
Bingham McCutchen opened an administrative hub in Lexington on the University of Kentucky’s Coldstream Research Campus in 2013 for up to 250 employees in accounting, finance, human resources, information technology, knowledge services, marketing, operations and risk management. And though the Boston-based firm has yet to recoup its costs from the launch, Morgan Lewis already has a site for its back-office operations in Philadelphia.
