A former accounts manager at Chadbourne & Parke who stole about $15,360 has been banned from working for any law firm by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the body that monitors attorney conduct in England.

The money was taken by Alan Stevens from Chadbourne’s office account, which the firm says was not related in any way to client money.
