Don’t expect a lot of record-setting penalties or “first-ever” prosecutions coming out of the Trump administration—but litigators who specialize in False Claims Act and IP cases should stay busy.

That was one message from Kirkland & Ellis litigators Robert Khuzami, John O’Quinn and Erin Murphy, who spoke with reporters on Wednesday about what they see ahead for civil enforcement and white-collar prosecution over the next four years.
