Over the summer, UBIC North America and Evolve Discovery made waves by joining forces, combining to move forward as one company known as FRONTEO. And now, before the calendar year is out, FRONTEO is looking to become another big player in the increasingly consolidated e-discovery market.
On Nov. 7, FRONTEO USA announced that it has acquired Essential Discovery Inc. (EDI), a boutique discovery firm. EDI’s specialty is document review for larger clients; it counts among its users Fortune 250 companies and AmLaw 100 law firms.
