St. Louis-based Lewis Rice will open a new law firm in September, which will operate as the firm’s wholly-owned subsidiary.

The new firm will be called TuckerAllen in a nod to Lewis Rice’s former name prior to merging with Kansas City’s Brown, Koralchik & Fingersh nearly 30 years ago, and was first reported by The St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
