Kenyon & Kenyon, a storied IP firm that has watched its attorney head count shrink from 146 lawyers in 2014 to a little more than 60 today, recently saw two more partners head for the door at its headquarters in New York.

PATRICK BIRDE, chair of Kenyon & Kenyon’s life sciences and chemical patent prosecution practice, has joined Fox Rothschild in the Big Apple, according to sibling publication New York Law Journal, which notes that partner DEBORAH SOMERVILLE and an associate are also making the switch with Birde.
