Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton’s recent growth surge continued this month as the firm picked up two more lateral hires in Chicago and Los Angeles.

The Am Law 100 firm, which expanded to South Korea in 2012, has sought to bolster that expertise by hiring Steptoe & Johnson partner SEONG HWAN KIM in Los Angeles, according to records on file with The State Bar of California. Kim served as head of Steptoe’s Korea commercial litigation group and co-head of the firm’s Korea practice.
