Bernard McEvoy, a corporate partner in Brown Rudnick’s London and Dublin offices and former head of the firm’s Irish practice, has left the Am Law 200 firm to branch back out on his own.

Dublin-based corporate boutique McEvoy Partners, which McEvoy left in the summer of 2011 to join Brown Rudnick, was reconstituted by its namesake earlier this month. McEvoy, who specializes in company law, corporate governance and finance, M&A, restructurings and general contract matters, initially started his own practice in 2002.
