London-based legal giant Linklaters has lured a New York litigation head from Am Law 100 territory.

DOUGLAS TWEEN, an antitrust partner in Baker & McKenzie’s New York office and chair of the firm’s white-collar practice and global cartel task force, will officially start at Linklaters on Nov. 2. Tween will lead Linklaters’ U.S. cartel and government investigations practice and be based out of New York, where Magic Circle firms have struggled to gain a foothold, and Washington, D.C.
