Polsinelli transactional partner Patrick Henderson was found dead late Monday afternoon not far from his home in Overland Park, Kansas. Local police had launched a search for the 51-year-old lawyer earlier in the day based on concerns that Henderson, who suffered from diabetes, might be disoriented.

According to local police and news reports, Henderson, who was a shareholder in Polsinelli’s Kansas City, Missouri, office, was last seen alive in a suburban Overland Park neighborhood on Monday morning after he had left his residence on foot. A spokesman for the Overland Park police department told the Am Law Daily on Tuesday that Henderson was found dead in a wooded area close to his residence.
