Latham & Watkins has lured four key partners to its ranks in Germany and Washington, D.C., with raids on Magic Circle firm Clifford Chance and noted IP litigation shop Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner.
Latham announced Monday its hire of Finnegan partners Michael Morin and David Frazier inside the Beltway, where the two seasoned patent litigators specialize in high-profile IP cases in the pharmaceutical and biologics sectors.
