As Bingham McCutchen prepares to see 227 partners absorbed into Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Edwards Wildman Palmer awaits a potential merger with Locke Lord, several more lawyers from the soon-to-be-legacy-firms are on the move.

A few weeks after The Am Law Daily reported on a potential exodus of IP partners from Edwards Wildman in Boston to Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, two such partners have indeed departed. KONGSIK KIM and THOMAS WINTNER, two former Edwards Wildman IP partners, now hold the same role at Mintz Levin. Neither responded to requests for comment about their move.
