Usually, it’s the boys who get in trouble—like those lawyers who can’t keep their paws off female clients or the wives of their loyal clients. But this week our roster of misbehaving lawyers is dominated by women. Hey, who says women aren’t catching up?

1. Photoshopping lawyer gets suspended. It’s competitive out there, so who can blame a solo practioner for using technology to get a little attention? The state of California, however, doesn’t seem to appreciate such endeavors.
