A five-partner group of intellectual property litigators from Kenyon & Kenyon, including two former management committee members, has left to join Goodwin Procter.

The group is composed of New York partners Elizabeth Holland, Robert Cerwinski, Huiya Wu and Cynthia Lambert Hardman, as well as Washington, D.C., partner William James. They focus on patent litigation relating to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and other life sciences, as well as Hatch-Waxman litigation, trade secret and International Trade Commission litigation.
