Debevoise & Plimpton and former client Candlewood Timber Group have settled a contentious, long-running fee dispute before trial was to begin in Manhattan Supreme Court.
“We have entered into a confidential settlement resolving this matter and are pleased to put this matter behind us,” according to a statement issued Thursday provided by both parties.
