Craig James, a former Fox Sports Southwest broadcaster, filed a discrimination charge against his former employer with the Civil Rights Division Texas Workforce Commission. In the March 5 charge, James alleged that TV network FOX Sports Southwest unlawfully terminated him on the basis of his religious beliefs.

James alleged that he had “been discriminated against in violation of Texas Labor Code,Chapter 21 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.”
