A large batch of amicus briefs—from 23 law firms as well as business groups—have been filed with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of the Delaware Court of Chancery’s confidential arbitration program.

Nasdaq and NYSE Euronext, the nation’s two largest stock exchanges, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Business Roundtable, an association of chief executive officers, were among those filing briefs requesting that the U.S. Supreme Court grant the Chancery Court’s petition for certiorari.
