An article in Tuesday’s Law Journal, “Government Still Pursuing Greenberg Case 9 Years Later,” misstated the limitations imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Howard Smith, the former chief financial officer of American International Group. Smith was barred from serving as a director or officer of a public company.

In an article on Feb. 14, “Court Tosses Claim of Malpractice Against Cadwalader,” the name of David Marriott, a Cravath Swain & Moore partner who successfully represented Cadwalader, was misspelled.
