Barnes & Thornburg has added corporate attorney Lee Kolodny as a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Formerly with Akin Gump, Kolodny focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities and cross-border transactions. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California Law School.
