Retired Judge Linda Feinberg, shown, of counsel at Szaferman Lakind Blumstein & Blader in Lawrenceville, received the 2013 Arthur T. Vanderbilt Award for Excellence in Judicial Administration from the New Jersey State Bar Association on Dec. 13 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick. Feinberg, whose judicial career spanned more than 20 years, was Mercer County’s assignment judge. She retired in March 2012.

Rafael Perez, a partner with Edwards Wildman Palmer in Morristown, was honored with the N.J. Attorney of the Year Award from the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce on Nov. 1 at New Jersey City University in Jersey City. His practice focuses on public finance for financial institutions, corporations and state agencies.
