After 14 years at Seyfarth Shaw, corporate lawyer Louann Bronstein has joined Stites & Harbison’s Atlanta office as a partner. Bronstein has a corporate practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, and serves as outside general counsel to several companies.
Her reported deals include representing Spanish packaging manufacturer ULMA Packaging Systems Inc. in a joint venture with Harpack Inc. She advised a merchant bank and a group of triathletes in Ponte Vedra, Fla., who bought Recover-Gear, a Jacksonville company that makes compression garments that hold an ice or heat pack for athletes to use in recovering from their exertions.
