The New Jersey Supreme Court has seated a panel of lawyers to decide how to implement a rule that allows law firms to do business under trade names rather than partners’ monikers.

The 16-member Ad Hoc Committee on Law Firm Trade Names, announced Monday, will consider the logistics of revising Rule of Professional Conduct 7.5 in accordance with In re Letter Decision of the Committee on Attorney Advertising, 213 N.J. 171 (2013).
