Kathryn McMahon, 51, has joined Epstein Becker & Green’s Washington office as a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice. She focuses on occupational safety and health law, in addition to environmental law. She joins the firm from Kelley Drye & Warren. McMahon earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School.

Scott Lesmes, 46, has joined Morrison & Foerster’s Washington office as partner in the firm’s corporate-finance practice. Lesmes, who focuses on corporate and securities matters, joins Morrison & Foerster from O’Melveny & Myers. He earned his J.D. from Elon University School of Law.
