In the latest example of consolidation within the television industry, Sinclair Broadcast Group has agreed to pay $985 million for a group of television stations currently owned by Allbritton Communications Company. Greenberg Traurig and Pillsbury are advising Sinclair, while Allbritton has turned to Paul Hastings, Dow Lohnes, and Norton Rose Fulbright.
