CHARLES BEAUDROT, a senior partner and leader of the tax practice at Morris, Manning & Martin, was appointed to the newly-created Georgia Tax Tribunal.

The tribual comes through the passage in March of a bill that aims to make the state more attractive for commercial investment by setting up an independent platform where taxpayers can bring disputes with Georgia’s department of revenue.

After spending 30 years with Morris Manning, Beaudrot accepted the appointment and will begin his four-year term as an administrative law judge January 1.
